咸亨亨国际（杭州）电气科学研究院有限公司（原咸亨国际技术中心）是咸亨国际技术服务产业科研和生产中心。致力于电气施工、检测领域技术研究；电气设备状态检测、专家诊断评估；第三方校准（检测）；仪器设备维修维保技术服务等一站式技术服务解决方案。下设研究中心、电气设备运维、检测产业；仪器设备一站式维修维护产业；第三方检测（校准）实验室等技术服务产业，打造全国一站式技术服务平台网络。我院具有专业技术工程师120人，其中工程师40人，助理工程师27人，专职技术人员53人，实验室内审员5名、国家注册计量师5名。下设CNAS实验室、局放状态检测研究实验室、高压试验室、技术培训基地等。与多个***研究机构达成战略合作。
