岗位职责：
1. 负责核心后端服务的设计、开发和维护；
2. 参与系统架构设计，优化系统稳定性和可扩展性；
3. 设计并实现高并发、高可用的服务架构；
4. 持续优化系统性能、数据库查询效率和资源利用率；
5. 研究和引入新技术，提升整体技术架构。
基础要求：
1. 3年以上后端开发经验；
2. 精通至少两门编程语言
后端技术能力要求：
1.REST API 设计;
2.微服务架构;
3.服务拆分与模块化设计;
4.常见后端框架开发;
高并发经验（重要）需要具备以下之一：
1.高并发系统设计；
2.大规模 API 服务；
3.实时数据系统；
4.高性能服务优化。
加分项（不强制要求）：
1.有前端开发经验（React / Vue / TypeScript）
2.有图形图像渲染经验
技术深度
1.熟悉高性能网络编程
