Wuhan Fengfan Surface Engineering Joint-stock Co., Ltd. was founded in 1984. It is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D, production and sales of electroplating additives, chemical intermediates, surfactants, electroplating wastewater and other industrial wastewater treatment agents, electroplating equipment and other products. It is a vice-chairman unit of the China Surface Engineering Association, chairman unit of the Wuhan Electroplating Association, and vice-chairman unit of the Hubei Provincial Fluorochemical Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance. In 2010, it jointly established the "Hubei Provincial Engineering Technology Center for Fluorine-containing Fine Chemicals" with universities and research institutes.
