China Communications Group Co., Ltd. (formerly Wuhan Best), established in 1992, was listed on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange in November 2018 (stock code: 603220). It is a high-tech enterprise specialized in communication network technology services, with business primarily focused on communication network construction, while also covering communication and informatization system integration, communication network optimization and maintenance, and communication network planning and design. The company's clients are mainly the three major telecom operators, China Mobile, China Telecom, and China Unicom. It provides dedicated communication and informatization services to large enterprises and government entities such as China Tower, the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, China Energy Engineering Group, and Gezhouba Group. Meanwhile, it has established an international company in Hong Kong to provide communication and information technology services to countries along the Belt and Road, including the Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia.

China Communications Group has a registered capital of 338 million yuan, and employs over 500 professional engineers specializing in switching, transmission, wireless networks, optical communications, data and storage, and power supply, of whom nearly 200 are first- and second-class construction engineers and project managers. It is equipped with over 1,000 sets of various system test instruments and vehicle machinery. Its business covers more than 20 provinces (municipalities) and autonomous regions across the country, forming five major business areas: Southern, Northern, Central, Northwestern, and Eastern. It has set up nearly 30 offices/business divisions and nearly 200 project departments across major provinces and cities nationwide to provide customers with communication network construction and informatization integration services. China Communications Group's Hong Kong International Company is fully building a business team to provide services in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Africa, promoting the comprehensive development of projects in multiple countries along the Belt and Road, and forming an operating pattern where Wuhan Management Center, Beijing Marketing Center, and Hong Kong International Center are three pillars that coordinate development.
