工作职责：
1.负责后端业务产品及开放平台的设计和研发；
2.负责上述系统的日常维护、以及各种相关的非功能性优化工作；
3.负责后端服务的架构优化、性能调优，保证服务质量和性能；
4.互联网新技术的调研及引入；
任职要求：
1.本科或以上学历，计算机软件或相关专业，相关开发经验3年及以上;
2.Java基础扎实，理解java运行时工作原理，熟悉jvm性能调优; 熟悉面向对象设计开发；
3.对各种开源的框架如SpringBoot/SpringCloud、MyBatis等有深入的了解，对框架本身有过开发或重构者可优先考虑;
4.熟悉分布式开发相关技术，对dubbo，consul，nacos，netflix等至少一种有深入的了解;
4.熟悉多线程编程，熟练使用java并发包下的各项常用基础设施；
5.熟悉数据库相关技术，熟练使用mysql/oracle数据库；
6.至少熟悉一种消息中间件，如RocketMQ、ActiveMQ、RabbitMQ、Kafka等;
7.能够熟练使用linux，能够利用常用的工具对程序进行跟踪诊断，熟悉git操作;
8.熟悉容器技术，可以熟练使用docker，docker-compose，swarm等技术，熟悉kubernetes优先。
