Nanya New Material Technology Co., Ltd. (formerly Shanghai Nanya Copper Clad Laminate Co., Ltd.) is a domestic enterprise specializing in the design, manufacture, and sales of copper-clad laminates. The registered capital is currently RMB 234 million. The company mainly produces high-grade copper-clad laminates for electronic circuits, as well as core boards and bonding sheets for multilayer printed circuit boards. The products are widely used in consumer electronics, computers, communications, automotive electronics, aerospace, and industrial control, and enjoy a high reputation both domestically and internationally.

The company is located in the beautiful ancient town of Nanxiang and currently has three factories. In 2000, it took only seven months from the construction of the first plant to the launch of products, setting the famous "Nanya Speed" in the industry; the second factory was built in 2004; in 2009, the third factory was built by seizing opportunities during the crisis; at the end of 2010, a modern, environmentally friendly and energy-saving plant was completed, and subsequently two new production lines were added in October 2016 and September 2017, bringing all three production lines in the three plants into full operation.
