深圳市宝安区旭源社会工作服务中心成立于2012年3月，是宝安区本土社工机构，2019年度获5A级社会组织称号，获得“宝安区优秀社工服务机构”荣誉。机构从*初的10余人发展到如今的210余人，其中初级督导4名，督导助理8名，党员20名，是一支优秀的社工队伍。 机构于2012年开始承接政府职能转移和购买服务资质的宝安区社会组织，运营社区党群服务中心32家，40余名岗位社工。包括宝安区新安街道、福永街道、沙井街道、燕罗街道、新桥街道、松岗街道、西乡街道、航城街道；服务涵盖社区、司法、医务、精神卫生、民政等领域。
