Changsha Xiandao Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. is a large state-owned sole proprietorship funded by the Changsha Municipal People's Government and a comprehensive operator of urban resources in the Changsha Dahexi Xiandao Area. The company was registered with the Changsha Administration for Industry and Commerce in July 2008 with a registered capital of 10 billion yuan. Changsha Binjiang New City Construction and Development Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Changsha Xiandao Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of 550 million yuan. The company's business scope includes investment, development and construction of urban infrastructure, and real estate development and operation. It is an important platform for infrastructure construction and primary land development in Changsha. At present, it is mainly committed to the investment, development and construction of the Binjiang New City area in the Changsha Dahexi Xiandao Area.
The Binjiang New City, which the company is responsible for constructing and developing, borders the Xiangjiang River Scenic Belt to the east, Yinshan Road to the west, the North Second Ring Road to the north, and Xiaoxiangzui to the south, with a total area of 6.7 square kilometers. It is a core demonstration area for building a resource-conserving and environment-friendly society in Changsha. After completion, the new city will accommodate approximately 350,000 employed people and approximately 220,000 residents, becoming a composite new metropolitan center with modern business functions as the core, cultural, leisure and tourism comprehensive commercial districts as the driving force, and urban residence as the foundation.
