Nanjing Chengzhi Clean Energy Co., Ltd. is a state-owned listed company (stock code 000990) established for over two decades, specializing in industrial gases, basic chemical raw materials, and related downstream products. Our company is among the first batch in Jiangsu Province to pass the first-level standardization assessment for hazardous chemical enterprises, and is also a national pilot enterprise for chemical process safety management (PSM). Meanwhile, we have established long-term and stable cooperative relationships with companies such as Celanese Corporation (US) and BASF-YPC Co., Ltd., forming a complementary industrial chain in Nanjing Chemical Industry Park, led by Nanjing Chengzhi's coal chemical joint unit, which optimizes resource allocation and shares cooperation benefits.

In 2019, the 600,000-ton MTO project of our wholly-owned subsidiary, Nanjing Chengzhi Yongqing Technology Co., Ltd., was put into operation, further expanding the company's scale. The company is determined to continuously grow and strengthen in the new energy industry.

In 2023, the company commenced construction of a 150,000-ton octanol project, further expanding its product portfolio in downstream methanol derivatives and injecting new momentum for future development.

As of 2023, the company has developed into a national high-tech enterprise with 1,100 employees, an annual production capacity of 600,000 tons of carbon monoxide, 500,000 tons of methanol, 250,000 tons of butyl octanol, 800,000 tons of ethylene, 50,000 tons of hydrogen, and nearly 60,000 tons of syngas, with a planned total annual output value exceeding 10 billion yuan.
