Wuhan Xinrui Alloy Tools Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xinrui Shares, established in 2017, covering an area of 200 mu, located in Changfu Industrial Park, Caidian District, Wuhan. Suzhou Xinrui Alloy Tools Joint-stock Co., Ltd. was established in August 2005 with registered capital of 92.8 million yuan. It has R&D, production and manufacturing bases in two first-tier cities, Wuhan and Suzhou, and controls AMS in the United States and AMS in Australia. It is an international manufacturing service provider focusing on cemented carbide products, mining rock drilling tools and mining services, integrating R&D, manufacturing, sales and service. In October 2021, it was officially listed on the Science and Technology Innovation Board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange (stock code "688257").
