上海光耀照明电器厂，建于1985年，是生产电影、电视、舞台照明灯具、室外照明器材的专业工厂，具有四十年的历史，集产品开发，生产制造，照明工程设计和施工于一体。
六十年代末、七十年代初，我公司的技术人员汇同了全国影视、舞台艺术行业中一批专业技术人才，集思广益，共同开发了国内首批影视、舞台照明设备，“光耀”在全国文艺单位中享有很高的声誉，产品远销柬埔寨、朝鲜、阿尔巴尼亚、马里塔尼亚、苏丹、埃及等地，为国家节约了大量的外汇，为我国文艺事业的发展作出了贡献。
八十年代初，公司开发了节能型室外灯具，曾获部科技进步奖，承接了国家重点工程如：秦皇岛煤码头，天津新港的照明设计和灯具配套，获得国家经委、计委的多个奖项。
