Hunan Zhaoxin Construction Co., Ltd. was founded in 1997. Its predecessor was Changsha Guangyu Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. In March 2011, it was renamed Changsha Zhaoxin Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. In November 2017, it was renamed Hunan Zhaoxin Construction Co., Ltd., with registered capital of RMB 120 million. It has four subsidiaries including Zhaoxin Labor Service Company, Xinzhou Mechanized Transport Company, Hongtu Real Estate, and Weilong Building Materials, and six city branches in Hunan Yongzhou, Hunan Wugang, Hunan Xiangxiang, Hunan Datonghu, and other locations.
After 20 years of diligent progress, the company has developed into a large construction enterprise with multiple qualifications, including building engineering, municipal public works, decoration and renovation, foundation engineering, building curtain walls, steel structure engineering, and urban and road lighting engineering. Its annual construction capacity exceeds RMB 2 billion. It currently has 42 first- and second-class registered construction engineers, more than 100 personnel with junior, intermediate, and senior professional titles, and more than 300 professional and technical personnel in various engineering fields.

Over the years, the project quality qualification rate has been 100%, and the excellent rate has been above 80%.
