It is a leading, technologically strong, and well-equipped state-owned Grade I general contractor for highway engineering construction, holding Grade II general contracting for municipal public works construction, Grade I specialized contracting for bridge engineering, Grade I specialized contracting for highway subgrade and pavement engineering, specialized contracting qualification for highway traffic engineering traffic safety facilities, Class I highway maintenance engineering construction, Class II (Grade A) highway maintenance engineering construction, and Class II (Grade B) highway maintenance engineering construction.
