Salary Structure
Monthly salary + commission + year-end bonus + option incentives. Those who work harder, think more, and innovate more will earn more.

Working Hours
Alternating weeks, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM, 1:15 PM - 6:00 PM, including half an hour for afternoon tea.
