职位要求：

"1.计算机或IT相关专业,大学本科及以上学历,3年以上java后端开发经验，理解io、多线程、集合等基础框架，对JVM原理有一定的了解

2.能够熟练使用主流开发框架：Spring、Spring MVC、MyBatis等，能了解到原理和机制的层面，熟练掌握微服务开发框架优先

3.熟悉Java编程,熟练掌握面向对象的程序设计方法,熟悉或了解各种数据结构和算法模型

4.熟悉分布式系统的设计和应用，熟悉分布式、缓存、消息、搜索等机制，对分布式常用技术进行合理应用，解决问题。

5.掌握Linux操作系统和数据库(Oracle、MySQL)，对sql优化有一定的经验，有较强的分析设计能力和方案整合能力。

6.关注互联网或J2EE应用开发的*新潮流，并善于尝试*新的技术，追求编写优雅的代码，从技术趋势和思路上能影响技术团队

7.能承受一定的工作压力,思路清晰,能独立分析解决问题,具有高度责任心和良好的团队合作精神。"
