Wuhan Chuangcheng Real Estate Brokerage Co., Ltd. (formerly Wuhan Yijia Chengxin Real Estate Brokerage Co., Ltd.) was officially established in August 2010. It is a real estate brokerage company specializing in real estate investment consulting, buying and selling and leasing of second-hand homes, leasing of large office buildings, and agency for new property developments. The core business of Wuhan Chuangcheng Real Estate includes: real estate brokerage agency, guarantee and mortgage, planning agency, housing leasing trusteeship, property evaluation, etc. (now affiliated with Beike).
In March 2012, the first physical store (Donghu Garden Store) was put into use, and the company entered the stage of entrepreneurial development.
In 2013, Wuhan Chuangcheng Real Estate was listed by Huaxia Bank, Postal Savings Bank of China, Bank of China, China Everbright Bank, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, China Construction Bank, and China Merchants Bank as a designated strategic partner.
From 2013 to 2017, Wuhan Chuangcheng Real Estate was rated as a "Wuhan Honest Real Estate Brokerage Institution" for five consecutive years.
In 2016, Wuhan Chuangcheng Real Estate obtained the Grade A qualification for real estate brokerage institutions.
From 2012 to now, with a focus on the Wuchang area, it has 8 directly operated stores.
On October 10, 2017, it reached a cooperation agreement with Wuhan's leading local directly operated enterprise Jijia Real Estate to share resources and brands and achieve mutual connectivity.
From 2017 to 2021, the company aims to reach 30 branches in the Wuchang area, with a workforce exceeding 500 people.
In September 2019, it joined Beike.
