Zhongyingbao Group Co., Ltd.

Zhongyingbao Group Co., Ltd. was established in 2012 and is one of the first private security enterprises approved by the Guangdong Provincial Public Security Department, founded and staffed by retired military personnel. It primarily operates security services, property management, vocational skills training, security risk assessment, and technical prevention services. From the chairman, general manager, and deputy general managers to key staff, all are retired military personnel. The company adopts a semi-military management model, integrating military excellence in education methods, and is guided by the spirit of passing on the "red spirit," with all personnel maintaining their military aspirations and qualities even after leaving the service.

As a private security enterprise founded and staffed by retired (and transferred) military personnel, in order to implement President Xi Jinping's important directive of "making the military a profession respected by the whole society," under the guidance of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Veterans Affairs, Guangzhou Veterans Affairs Bureau, and Tianhe District Veterans Affairs Bureau, the company provides employment and entrepreneurship assistance, skills training, policy consultation, and security and fire safety practical training for retired military personnel in Guangdong Province. It has signed strategic cooperation frameworks for joint construction and sharing with enterprises and institutions such as airport groups and municipal and district-level gardening agencies, to serve retired military personnel in employment and entrepreneurship at a higher level. Since the company's inception, it has placed more than 800 retired (transferred) military personnel in employment, providing over 2,000 employment positions annually. In August 2021, the Zhongyingbao Retired Military Service Station was established, and to date, it has provided 2,280 person-times of services to retired military personnel in employment and entrepreneurship, policy consultation, and rights protection. In 2022, it was jointly awarded the title of "Fifth National Advanced Security Service Company" by the Ministry of Public Security, the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, and the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League.
