Shanghai Min'ai Semiconductor Co., Ltd., established in October 2015 and officially put into production in June 2016, is committed to providing testing and various related services for partners in the integrated circuit industry. Min'ai is located in Zone E of Shanghai Lingang Emerging Industry Park, aiming to build a production base for integrated circuit testing services in Shanghai and establish a complete business system for mid-to-high-end testing services. The total investment in the first phase exceeds 500 million RMB, mainly used for plant construction and procurement of imported equipment. The company's building area is 10,326 square meters, with plans to include 6,000 square meters of cleanrooms of various levels and 4,000 square meters for office and R&D areas. It aspires to become a strategic partner for customers in numerous segmented fields, providing services such as large-scale testing mass production and customized engineering R&D. Min'ai is primarily responsible for absorbing integrated circuit testing service capacity in the Shanghai and Zhejiang regions. The company's core management team has been assembled, all with over 10 years of industry operation and production management experience, and is currently improving the construction of production, quality, R&D, and backend operation teams, with a total expected staff of 250 people.
