岗位职责：
1、负责服务器BMC开发维护工作，承担BMC模块代码实现、系统需求实现、机型适配与新器部件适配、问题修复等工作。
2、负责客户需求对接与项目交付保障工作，承担客户需求沟通、定制化需求开发与问题分析、生产交付支持及客户现场支持等工作。
3、负责BMC固件质量提升工作，推进BMC 相关业务流程与技术规范的落地执行。
任职条件：
1、了解服务器软硬件架构设计及相关工业规范，具备服务器固件设计及开发经验优先。
2、熟悉嵌入式Linux基础，掌握uboot、Kernel、文件系统等基本原理，熟悉I2C/Uart/USB/SPI等常用硬件接口和基本硬件原理，具备嵌入式软件设计及开发能力。
3、熟悉计算机原理，掌握多线程、Socket网络编程、Epoll/I/O多路复用等技术。
4、熟练使用C或C++编程语言，可以阅读Python、H5、JavaScript、lua等常用编程语言。
5、了解项目生命周期管理相关知识与业务流程，具备良好的沟通表达、团队协作能力，善于编写项目需求、概要/详细方案设计、指导文档等。
