Beijing Guoneng Battery Technology Co., Ltd., with China's founding team of lithium battery, is a new energy high-tech enterprise dedicated to the R&D, production, and sales of lithium batteries. The company manufactures lithium batteries in Fangshan District, Beijing and Zhengzhou, Henan.
Adhering to the principles of high starting point, high level, and high grade, the project is constructed with advanced manufacturing technologies, process means, efficient and reliable equipment, and modern design methods, focusing on developing the manufacturing capability of large-capacity lithium-ion battery cells and overall assembly. With products as the leading factor, market as the guidance, and benefits as the goal, we aim to enhance the economic strength and market competitiveness of the enterprise, establishing a modern enterprise facing the 21st century, thereby achieving the manufacturing level and performance of products to the advanced level, making this project one of the large-scale battery production and manufacturing bases in China.
For the first phase of Guoneng Battery, the total investment is 80 million yuan, achieving sales revenue of 2 billion yuan. The existing plant area covers 20,000 square meters, with renovated production workshops and auxiliary buildings of 7,000 square meters and office area of 5,500 square meters. More than 400 sets of advanced lithium battery industry-specific production equipment have been added. The production workshop was completed in 2011 and officially put into production in September 2012, and has been operating for two years. It currently has the capacity to produce 600,000 Ah of 60AH/100AH cells per day, that is, an advanced production line with an annual output of 300 million Ah of cells.
For the second phase of Guoneng Battery, there are two production bases in the automobile industry cluster in Zhengzhou, Henan. Base 1: With a total investment of 1.2 billion yuan, covering 278 mu, and a total building area of 57,000 square meters, it is a "three-force" project, mainly constructing a fully automatic power battery production line with 300 million Ah capacity. Currently, the foundation excavation of Workshop No. 1 is 80% complete, and it is planned to be completed and put into production in June 2016. Base 2: Renting a factory in Zhengzhou Jiayunda Auto Parts Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 150 million yuan, covering 15,000 square meters, mainly constructing a power battery production line with 120 million Ah capacity. Currently, equipment is being installed and debugged, with the plan to start operation on November 30, and the expected annual output value is 1.2 billion yuan, achieving profits and taxes of 150 million yuan. After both bases are fully completed, they will form an annual output value of 11 billion yuan, profits and taxes of 1.2 billion yuan, provide employment for 1,800 people, and form the production capacity of power batteries for 30,000 new energy passenger cars or 3,000 pure electric buses annually.
