宁波腾讯云产业基地是腾讯集团以数字园区、数字高校、工业互联网生态和数字城市建设为主要业态的产业基地。由宁波市经信委、镇海区政府、腾讯云、腾云互联（浙江）科技有限公司在2017年12月4日乌镇第四届世界互联网大会期间举行重大签约仪式后合作共建，运营主体是腾云互联（浙江）科技有限公司。
基地主营业务包括：数字园区、数字高校、工业互联网平台·Tengnat、数字城市、工业互联网创新中心、工业互联网产业基金、工业互联网学院、数字高校新工科实验室、云计算工程集成解决方案服务等，基地致力于打造资源富集、多方参与、合作共赢、协同演进的产业新生态。
