NEO是一个非盈利的社区化的区块链项目由达鸿飞和张铮文创办，是利用区块链技术和数字身份进行资产数字化，利用智能合约对数字资产进行自动化管理，实现“智能经济”的一种分布式网络。
NEO于2014年正式立项，2015年6月在Github上实时开源。我们相信，科技是这个时代变迁的原动力，在这股动力的推动下，我们将迈入新的“智能经济”时代。




Who we are
NEO is a non-profit community-driven blockchain project founded by DA Hongfei and Erik Zhang. NEO is the use of blockchain technology and digital identity to digitize assets, the use of smart contracts for digital assets to be self-managed, to achieve "smart economy" with a distributed network.
NEO was founded in 2014 and has been open-source on GitHub in June 2015. We believe technology drives progress and together we can create the future. Motivated by this, NEO has been created to shift our traditional economy into the new era of the Smart Economy.
