岗位要求：

1、3年以上Java Web开发经验，Java 基础扎实，熟悉 IO，多线程，集合等基础知识

2、熟悉常见Java 开发框架，例如SpringBoot、MyBatis等。有微服务开发经验优先

3、熟悉常见数据库开发，例如MySQL，对高并发高性能数据库有项目经验

4、熟悉redis、kafka，有常见的分布式存储、消息中间件项目应用经验，并了解其原理

5、了解云原生基础知识，对docker、k8s等有一定了解优先

6、有企业Devops、研发效能系统开发经验者优先

7、具备需求分析能力，能够较快理解业务需求，并转化为技术需求

8、具有一定的项目管理能力，能够协同相关成员推进项目发展

9、具有良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力
