To meet the needs of rapid development and achieve standardized, simplified and digitalized process management, Shangri-La established the China Shared Services Center, mainly providing financial shared services for Shangri-La hotels in China.

Shangri-La Financial Shared Services Center opened on July 16, 2018, and by the end of that year was recognized by SSON, the world's most prestigious shared services and outsourcing data analysis center, as one of the 20 Most Admired Shared Services Organizations in the World in 2018.

Currently, Shangri-La Financial Shared Services Center covers five major financial modules: payroll, accounts payable, cost & revenue accounting, general ledger, and accounts receivable & credit.
