Over the past five decades and more, Wushang Group has developed with the prosperity of the country and grown with the process of reform and opening up, becoming one of China's top 500 enterprises and one of the top 20 circulation enterprises in China supported and cultivated by the Ministry of Commerce. Wushang Group has consistently led the provincial and municipal commercial industry in sales scale and economic benefits, earning the reputation as "a business card for Hubei commerce." Its physical stores are spread across Wuhan and second-tier cities in Hubei Province. Enterprises under its umbrella, including Wuhan International Plaza, Wushang Plaza, World Trade Plaza, Yamao Plaza, and Wushang Supermarket, have become industry leaders.
