Changjiang Securities was established in 1991, and is a nationwide, full-license, full-business-chain securities company approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission. It was listed on the main board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2007 (stock code 000783), and is the sixth listed securities company in China. Through unremitting efforts over more than 30 years, the company has developed into a nationwide comprehensive financial service provider with strong strength, complete functions, standardized management, and outstanding performance. As one of the first batch of securities companies established in China's capital market, the company has always adhered to a customer-centric approach, and relies on its complete business qualifications and leading service capabilities to provide comprehensive financial services, including wealth management, investment banking, asset management, research, investment, and international business, to individual investors, institutional investors, enterprises, and government clients. At present, the company has built a securities and financial holding group structure covering securities brokerage, investment banking, asset management, funds, futures, private equity investment, alternative investment, and overseas business. It has seven wholly-owned and controlled or shareholding subsidiaries, including Changjiang Sponsor, Changjiang Asset Management, Changjiang Capital, Changjiang Innovation Investment, Changjiang Futures, Changjiang Securities International, and Changxin Fund. While deeply expanding the domestic business market, the company continuously expands its international business network through its Hong Kong subsidiary. As of the end of 2025, the company had established 32 securities branches, 247 securities business departments, and 21 futures branches in 160 cities across 31 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the central government.
