Everbright Securities Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Everbright Securities") was established in 1996, with its headquarters in Shanghai. It is one of the first three innovative pilot securities companies approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, and is also the core financial services platform of China Everbright Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Everbright Group"), a Fortune Global 500 company. Everbright Securities was listed on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange on August 18, 2009, and on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on August 18, 2016 (stock codes: 601788.SH, 06178.HK), making it an A+H share listed securities firm.
