富莱尔是由美国LotusFlare在中国成立的研发中心。主要从事电信、移动互联网领域的软件平台研发。LotusFlare公司于2013年在美国硅谷成立，其核心团队由来自于哈佛，斯坦福，卡耐基梅隆，清华，科大等世界名校组成，技术产品团队由来自Facebook，Microsoft，Ericsson等知名IT公司的资深产品经理和工程师构成，利用在电信和移动互联网领域的创新，让全球移动互联网用户更方便快捷的接入互联网，体验全新的电信互联业务。LotusFlare的DNO（数字网络运营商）平台发展迅速，已经被Verizon，Singtel，Indosat，Telkomsel，Globe，Digi，Telenor等知名全球电信运营商所使用，市场潜力巨大。LotusFlare的GROWTH平台是集公司多年经验打造的全业务增长平台，已被Yahoo，Twitter，Microsoft，LinkedIn，Supercell等*OTT公司使用。LotusFlare由硅谷知名投资公司GoogleVentures,SocialCapital,SVAngels和MacquarieCapital等领投，具有雄厚的资金支撑公司的业务发展。LotusFlare公司在乌克兰、塞尔维亚设有研发中心，在新加坡和印度尼西亚设有分支机构。由于公司业务的快速发展需求，LotusFlare决定成立了陕西富莱尔软件科技有限公司，作为公司的又一个海外研发中心。
