The company is located in Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province, a famous historical and cultural city, in Changnan Industrial Park, Qingyunpu District, covering an area of 128.3 mu, with a superior location and convenient transportation. The company currently has more than 190 employees, including 20 engineering and technical personnel. The company owns more than 120 sets of imported and domestic equipment. Bevel gear processing equipment includes the Phoenix II 275HC CNC hypoid bevel gear cutting machine, 600HTL Phoenix gear lapping machine, Phoenix II 275HG, and G450 CNC hypoid bevel gear grinding machines produced by the American Gleason Company (the company is the first automotive gear manufacturer in China to introduce the 275HG gear grinding machine), Phoenix II 275HC CNC hypoid bevel gear cutting machine, Oerlikon CNC spiral bevel gear lapping machine; NCG-125 cutter head sharpening machine; Sigma7 CNC gear analysis and testing center and Oerlikon T50 rolling tester; 607 and 609 gear broaching machines and domestic YD9550 low-noise matching machines; imported gear dry cutting tool strip grinding, tool loading and unloading, and precision testing equipment; Ipsen double-row continuous furnace, multi-purpose furnace and other heat treatment equipment, and Gleason quenching presses 537, 529, etc. The advanced processing equipment is leading in China.
