Hubei Yinfeng Industrial Group Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned enterprise of Hubei Provincial Supply and Marketing Cooperative. It was developed through restructuring in 2001 on the basis of the former Hubei Provincial Cotton Corporation, with a registered capital of 156.65 million yuan. After 70 years of cotton operations, the Group has established a relatively complete industrial chain of "cotton planting—purchase and processing—e-commerce—professional warehousing—distribution trade and textile industry", and on this basis actively promotes diversified industrial development. Its business involves cotton textiles, agricultural product wholesale markets, domestic and foreign trade, and asset leasing operations, with more than 1,000 employees. Yinfeng Group has been listed as a key leading enterprise in agricultural industrialization for 16 consecutive years and has been designated by the Hubei Provincial Government as a backbone leading enterprise in cotton industrialization.
Hubei Yinfeng Cotton Joint-stock Co., Ltd. is a pillar enterprise under Hubei Yinfeng Industrial Group Co., Ltd. It was established in 2004 with a registered capital of 142 million yuan. In the course of its business development, the company has gradually established a complete cotton industrial chain including "cotton planting, purchase and processing, warehousing and logistics, e-commerce, and international and domestic trade", and on this basis actively promotes coordinated multi-industry development such as chemical fiber agency and bulk grain trade, striving to build a "* comprehensive service provider of the cotton industrial chain". In August 2014, the company was listed on the "New Third Board" (stock name "Yinfeng Cotton", stock code "831029"), actively promoting equity diversification and opening a new stage of development in the capital market.
The company currently has 29 holding and share-participating enterprises, including 14 second-tier enterprises and 15 third-tier and below enterprises and legal entities. These include 15 cotton processing enterprises, 3 cotton planting bases, 2 investment fund platforms, 1 e-commerce platform, 2 warehousing and logistics platforms, 1 chemical fiber distribution enterprise, and marketing branches covering cotton sales areas nationwide. Since 2017, the company has actively adapted to the new situation of the cotton industry, promoted supply-side structural reform of cotton, actively innovated itself, and vigorously developed the business model of "cotton purchase base + cooperative + land transfer cotton planting". At present, the scale of land transfer cotton planting has developed to about 60,000 mu.
