中心位于钦州港中兴街南面，晨光路西面，是由钦州港经济技术开发区工管委举办的*家按标准建设的、公办非营利性、以公益为目的社区卫生服务机构，是社会工作局的一个下属医疗单位，承担滨海、水井坑、亚路江、果子山、金鼓、鸡墩头、鹿耳环等7个居委会的预防、保健、基本医疗、康复、健康教育、计划生育技术指导六位一体的社区卫生服务工作。
中心现有业务建筑面积2573.04平方米，占地约9亩，配置有电梯、停车场、环境优雅。
