Guangxi JinGui Pulp and Paper Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as JinGui) is located in Qinzhou Port Economic and Technological Development Zone, Qinzhou City, Guangxi, and was registered and established in 2003. JinGui is the 17th pulp and paper enterprise invested and built in China by Asia Pulp & Paper Co., Ltd. (APP) under the Sinar Mas Group, and is also one of the earliest enterprises in China to achieve integrated forest-pulp-paper operations. JinGui currently has more than 2,000 employees and covers an actual area of approximately 4,000 mu.\n The total investment in Phase I of JinGui is RMB 11.7 billion, consisting of two sub-projects: an annual production of 750,000 tons of pulp and an annual production of 1 million tons of paper. The planned investment for the Phase II expansion project is approximately RMB 11.8 billion. It is a major industrial project under the autonomous region's "Double Hundred, Double New" initiative and a key industrial project under Qinzhou City's "5+2" plan. The Phase II project consists of three sub-projects: the expansion project for an annual production of 1.8 million tons of high-grade paperboard, the project for an annual production of 300,000 tons (27.5% concentration) of hydrogen peroxide, and the expansion project for an annual production of 750,000 tons of chemi-mechanical pulp. The pulp production line produces the "Leopard" brand eucalyptus chemi-mechanical pulp, which features high bulk and high opacity, and can be blended into various paper and paperboard. The paper production line produces white cardboard paper products under brands such as "Emperor Pine", "Golden Butterfly Orchid", "Fugui", and "Four Seasons Laurel", which have good printability and are suitable for packaging of pharmaceuticals, daily necessities, cosmetics, and electronic products.
