It undertakes the construction of some projects in Phase II and Phase III of the Group's Qinzhou Base. Its main business includes the production and operation of hazardous chemicals, manufacturing of basic chemical raw materials, manufacturing of specialty chemical products, import and export of goods, and import and export of technology. The Phase II project has been completed and put into operation, with an investment of 12.8 billion yuan, covering an area of approximately 1,276 mu, and a fixed staffing of 596 people. The first stage of the Phase III project has been launched, with an investment of about 5 billion yuan, covering an area of approximately 490 mu, and a fixed staffing of 330 people.
