年产20万吨粗苯加氢项目占地123.16亩,总建设面积82105.60平方米，总投资72276万元。本项目充分利用区内及周边省市焦化企业焦化装置副产的粗苯资源和园区石化企业副产的氢气资源,对粗苯进行加氢精制生产纯苯、甲苯,为钦州石化园区的己内酰胺、苯酚丙酮及苯胺项目提供优质基础化工原料。项目投产后填补了华南地区粗苯精制产业的空白,实现区内焦化产业与石化产业资源整合,实现综合资源循环利用,与园区周边企业形成上下游配套,延长园区石化产业链条,赢得更好的经济效益、社会效益和环境效益。
项目主要建设内容包括:20万吨/年粗苯加氢装置,含20万吨/年加氢精制单元、18万吨/年芳烃抽提单元、1000吨/年硫回收单元等;配套公用工程及储运系统,研发中心及环境监测站、生产办公楼及中央控制室等其它生产辅助设施。
