Shanghai Baijin Chemical Industry Group Joint-stock Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Baijin Shares" or "the Group") is a group company specialized in the production of carbon disulfide, technology research and development, and the development of sulfur series fine chemicals, headquartered in the Lujiazui International Financial and Trade Center in Shanghai. Over the years, Baijin Shares has actively responded to national industrial policies, laws, and regulations, adhering to the guiding principles of "green development, intelligent manufacturing, efficient production, and happy chemical industry," continuously enhancing its innovation capability and technical level. Currently, Baijin Shares' domestic production enterprises are mainly distributed in Shandong, Anhui, Chongqing, Jiangsu, and other places, while its overseas production enterprise is located in Gujarat, India, with a total global carbon disulfide production capacity of 460,000 tons (including Chongqing Xingfa Jinguan Chemical Co., Ltd. and India Baijin Chemical Private Limited). The company's self-developed complete set of carbon disulfide technology and equipment was successfully exported to Indonesia in 2010 and to India in 2014, bringing the "Made in China" of Baijin technology to the world twice. Baijin's carbon disulfide products have won the "Single" title from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China. The group's subsidiaries, including Shandong Jindian Chemical Co., Ltd., Anhui Xuancheng Jinhong Chemical Co., Ltd., and Chongqing Xingfa Jinguan Chemical Co., Ltd., have been recognized as "Green Factories" by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The group has obtained a total of 85 national invention patents and utility model patents, serves as the president unit of the Carbon Disulfide Branch of the China Inorganic Salt Industry Association, and holds a domestic market share of over 50% in carbon disulfide.
