The Huazhong Branch is a directly-operated subsidiary of China Construction Seventh Engineering Division Corp., Ltd., which is the infrastructure construction company under China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC), a Fortune Global 500 company ranked 21st, a globally leading investment and construction group, and a large listed central state-owned enterprise directly supervised by SASAC. Headquartered by the Tangxun Lake in Wuhan, Hubei Province, the branch has over 600 employees and operates across Central China, South China, and East China.
Established in 2012, after 7 years of development, the Huazhong Branch has achieved an annual contract value of over 10 billion yuan and annual operating revenue of over 2 billion yuan. Its business scope has expanded from Hubei Province to Hunan, Guangdong, Jiangxi, and other provinces. Its construction scope covers urban complexes, residential buildings, office buildings, sports venues, schools, factories, municipal roads, bridges, river renovation, and many other fields. It has established long-term strategic cooperative relationships with leading domestic real estate enterprises such as China Resources Group, China Overseas Group, China Merchants Group, Greenland Group, Yuexiu Group, and Yuzhou Properties, as well as local governments including Xianning Municipal Government, Xiangyang Municipal Government, Xiaogan Municipal Government, Shiyan Municipal Government, Enshi Municipal Government, and Tianmen Municipal Government. Projects constructed by the Huazhong Branch have also won 8 Hubei Provincial Quality Engineering Awards, 13 Hubei Provincial Structural Quality Awards, 9 Hubei Provincial Safe and Civilized Construction Sites, and more than 20 Hubei Provincial QC Achievement Awards.
