Rongzhi Special Education

Chongqing Yuzhong District Rongzhi Children Development Rehabilitation Training Center, referred to as "Rongzhi Special Education", is a service center that provides professional rehabilitation training for children aged 1-14 with various special needs, including autism, intellectual disabilities, developmental delays, language disorders, learning disabilities, ADHD, and attention issues. The center was established in 2008 and is a long-standing institution in Chongqing engaged in rehabilitation training. It was officially registered as a private non-enterprise unit in 2013, was rated as a 4A-level social organization by the Yuzhong District Civil Affairs Bureau in 2015, and was assessed by the Chongqing Disabled Persons' Federation as a 3A-level designated service institution for autism rehabilitation training and a 3A-level designated service institution for intellectual rehabilitation training.

With the service tenet of "everything for the children, for the children's everything", the center provides each child with a scientific and effective training plan tailored to their needs, backed by comprehensive rehabilitation equipment, an excellent teaching team, and professional training methods. Since its establishment in 2008, Rongzhi has continuously improved its teaching system, and its overall teaching strength has been steadily enhanced. At present, it has Rongzhi Special Education (Yuzhong Campus), Rongzhi Special Education (Liangjiang Campus), and Rongzhi Special Education (Jiulongpo Campus), with a professional teaching team of more than 150 people, a total teaching area of over 4,000 square meters, more than 300 children in training daily, and cumulative service to over 4,000 families who have come to the school for rehabilitation training, helping nearly 1,000 special children successfully integrate into kindergarten or primary school.


Achievements

※ In December 2015, Yuzhong Rongzhi Center was awarded the honor of "4A-level" social organization in the social organization evaluation organized by the Yuzhong District Civil Affairs Bureau.

※ In November 2016, Yuzhong Rongzhi Center was rated as an advanced collective in special education during the "12th Five-Year Plan" period in Yuzhong District, Chongqing, by the Yuzhong District Education Commission and the Yuzhong District Disabled Persons' Federation.

※ From 2016 to 2017, Yuzhong Rongzhi Center was rated by the Chongqing Disabled Persons' Federation as a pilot unit for Chongqing disabled persons' parent schools for two consecutive years.

※ In March 2018, Yuzhong Rongzhi Center was rated as an excellent collective by the Working Committee on Disabled Persons of the People's Government of Yuzhong District, Chongqing.

※ In August 2018, both the intellectual disability rehabilitation project and the autism rehabilitation project undertaken by Yuzhong Rongzhi Center were rated by the Chongqing Disabled Persons' Federation as 3A-level (*advanced) designated institutions for the National (Chongqing) Disabled Children Rehabilitation Assistance Project.

※ In September 2018, Yuzhong Rongzhi Center established the Party Branch Committee of Chongqing Yuzhong District Rongzhi Children Development Rehabilitation Training Center of the Communist Party of China.

※ In August 2020, both the intellectual disability rehabilitation project and the autism rehabilitation project undertaken by Liangjiang Rongzhi Center were rated by the Chongqing Disabled Persons' Federation as designated institutions for the National (Chongqing) Disabled Children Rehabilitation Assistance Project.

※ In December 2020, the Chongqing Key Laboratory of Child Nutrition and Health awarded Rongzhi Center the title of "Demonstration Base for Integrated Medical and Educational Rehabilitation of Autism and Developmental Delay"
