3、熟悉主流开源框架的使用及原理，如 Spring、spring boot、SpringMVC、JPA 、 Mybatis(ibatis)。
4、熟悉分布式系统、缓存、消息等机制，能对一种或者多种分布式常用技术（如Dubbo/Spring Cloud，Memcache/Redis，RocketMQ/ActiveMQ/RabbitMQ）进行合理应用。
5、熟悉sqlserver,oracle等数据库技术，熟悉数据库原理和常用性能优化。
6、善于学习，对业界技术保持敏锐触觉。
7、具备良好的团队协作精神和优秀的解决问题能力。
8、有医疗行业工作经历的优先考虑。
9、熟悉领域驱动设计(DDD)优先。
10、能接受适当的出差。
