The company has 13 construction qualifications, including Grade I General Contracting for Housing Construction, Grade I General Contracting for Municipal Public Engineering, Grade I Specialty for Steel Structure Engineering, Grade I Specialty for Building Decoration and Renovation Engineering, Grade I Specialty for Foundation and Base Engineering, Grade I Specialty Contracting for Electronic and Intelligent Engineering, Fire Protection Facilities Engineering, and Hoisting Equipment Installation. The company's credit rating is AAA, and it has passed ISO9002 quality system, ISO14001 environmental management system, and OHSAS18000 national occupational safety and health management system standard certifications. The company has strong comprehensive operational strength and has 16 branches, including Beijing Branch, Anhui Branch, and Hainan Branch. Its main businesses are municipal infrastructure construction, building installation, and real estate development. The company's predecessor was the 37th Engineer Regiment of the 33rd Corps of the Chinese People's Liberation Army. On June 22, 1952, it was ordered to collectively transfer to economic construction. It was successively affiliated to the Ministry of Construction Engineering and the North China Construction Administration Bureau, and participated in the construction of Beijing's "Ten Major" projects and national industrial base construction in the early days of the founding of the People's Republic of China.
