Wuhan Central Business District Co., Ltd. is Oceanwide Holdings' investment and development platform in Central China, with registered capital currently reaching 37.485 billion yuan. It is mainly responsible for the development and construction of 4,000 mu of land in the core of Wuhan Central Business District. According to the instructions of Chairman Lu Zhiqiang of China Oceanwide Holdings Group, Oceanwide Holdings starts from hardware facilities, supporting business formats, high-standard services, and other aspects to form highlights of "one core vision, three major concepts, ten major features, and twenty-two major topics," creating a business district with "distinctive features and complete functions."
