Hunan Changda Construction Group Co., Ltd. holds multiple qualifications including Special Grade General Contracting for Building Construction Engineering. It is a large group company integrating diversified operations such as building installation, municipal roads and bridges, water conservancy and hydropower, investment and development, and water production and supply. Adhering to the corporate purpose of "Integrity Changda, People-Oriented, Winning by Quality, Surpassing Service," the company implements strategies for managerial talent and capital operation, strengthening internal management while expanding external markets. In December 2005, it passed certifications for quality, occupational health and safety, and environmental management systems. It has won 90 "Luban Awards," "Furong Awards," and provincial quality projects. The Changsha Electric Power Bureau Dispatch and Communication Building won the 1998 "China Construction Engineering Luban Award"; the Teaching Center Building of Xiangya School of Medicine, Central South University won the 2003 "China Construction Engineering Luban Award"; the Hunan Trust Building and Government Affairs Building won the 2007 "China Construction Engineering Luban Award"; it is also the only private enterprise in the province to have won the "Luban Award" three times.
