北京市燃气集团有限责任公司是组建于1999年9月的国有独资公司，业务范围覆盖从燃气输配、销售、科研、设计、施工到燃气设备制造的完整业务领域。2006年12月31日，原燃气集团管道天然气业务与非管道天然气业务分立，分立后的北京市燃气集团有限责任公司主要从事城市天然气业务，并于2007年5月在香港资产上市，公司注册资金39.8363亿元，至2012年末总资产280亿元。北京燃气集团藤县有限公司是北京燃气集团在广西省梧州市藤县投资建设的控股子公司，公司注册资本3000万元，从事藤县天然气管网建设及燃气供应。
