China Nuclear Industry 24 Construction Co., Ltd. is one of the core member units of China Nuclear Industry Construction Group Corporation, and is the only nuclear construction enterprise in China that has undertaken the construction of major reactor types of nuclear power plants and various experimental and research reactor types. It is also one of the earliest construction enterprises in China dedicated to nuclear engineering and engineering construction. The company has successively built China's first and second nuclear R&D bases and key projects of the Third Front construction, such as 902, 903, 909, 821, 816, and 814, making historic contributions to the successful development of the nation's "two bombs, one satellite, and one submarine." Through its development, it has gradually become a large-scale comprehensive construction and installation enterprise with first-class general contracting qualification, holding qualifications in housing construction, power engineering, municipal engineering, highway engineering, nuclear engineering, mechanical and electrical equipment installation, steel structure engineering, earthwork engineering, and foundation and base engineering. It also possesses the 1000MW civil nuclear pressure equipment installation license issued by the National Nuclear Safety Administration, special equipment installation and maintenance permits, first-class laboratory qualification for construction enterprises, and metrological standard certificates. Over the past 50 years of development, the company has grown together with China's nuclear industry, undertaking numerous nuclear projects, national key projects, and key projects under the National "863" Program. Its construction footprint covers nearly 20 provinces/municipalities directly under the central government, making historic contributions to China's scientific and technological industry and national economic construction. In nuclear power construction, it has built or is building Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant in Zhejiang, Haiyang Nuclear Power Plant in Shandong, Fuqing Nuclear Power Plant in Fujian, Shidaowan Nuclear Power Plant in Shandong, and Pengze Nuclear Power Plant in Jiangxi, achieving new feats for China's nuclear power construction and the development of clean energy for mankind. The company has a clear main business positioning and continuously adjusts its industrial structure, having formed a construction and installation industry chain of "civil engineering + installation." The company consistently adheres to the strategies of "prospering the enterprise with talents" and "prospering the enterprise with science and technology," possessing a comprehensive management and technical team with complete technical disciplines and a technical workforce with complete skills. It is equipped with construction technology and equipment matching its qualifications and technical level, as well as scientific research and development capabilities. It also hosts a welder examination center designated by the National Nuclear Safety Administration for training nuclear-grade welders. In recent years, it has won over 20 national and provincial/ministerial science and technology achievement awards. Meanwhile, during construction, it maintains the continuous and effective operation of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, OHSMS 18000 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System. Its engineering achievements have attracted much attention, having won nearly 200 project quality awards, including the "Luban Award." Currently, the company is implementing a new round of development strategy, striving to become a first-class well-known domestic enterprise with industrial chain operation capability, prominent main business, sound concentric diversification, and core technologies and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) capabilities by the end of the "12th Five-Year Plan" period.
