China Electronics System Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. (CESEC, "CESEC") is affiliated with China Electronics Corporation (CEC, "China Electronics"). Its predecessor was China Electronics System Engineering Corporation ("CESEC"), which began in 1975. In 2016, after the successful mixed-ownership reform of central state-owned enterprises, CESEC was renamed China Electronics System Technology Co., Ltd. (CESTC, "China Systems"), and its original engineering business was wholly transferred to establish CES Construction as a wholly-owned subsidiary. CES Construction inherits the advantageous resources of China Systems' high-tech engineering sector, closely follows the pace of modern digital city construction, and holds a leading position in fields such as data centers, intelligent systems and system integration, and cleanroom engineering. It professionally provides comprehensive contracting and general contracting services including engineering consulting, engineering design, project management, equipment procurement, construction and installation, and facility operation and maintenance, committed to becoming a top domestic high-tech engineering service provider. Headquartered in Beijing, CES Construction has ten business divisions, with branch and subsidiary companies in Ningbo, Tianjin, Hubei, Anhui, and Zhuhai, and has established multiple regional centers in Shanghai, Nanjing, Wuxi, Wuhan, Xi'an, Chengdu, Guiyang, and Jinan, forming a service system with complementary "professional + regional" advantages. Its projects cover the whole country, and its service scope extends to overseas markets such as Central Asia.
