Founded in August 2000, Lanyee Technology focuses on the R&D, production, and service of in vitro diagnostic reagents and instruments. Its products cover biochemistry, immunoassay, glycation, allergens, microbiology, and automated pipeline systems (BRS), among other testing fields. The company has two production bases and three R&D technology centers in Shanghai, Jiashan (Zhejiang), and Shin-Yokohama (Japan), providing comprehensive product solutions and overall services to medical laboratories.

Lanyee Technology has established a nationally recognized enterprise technology center, a joint laboratory with Tokyo Metropolitan University, the Jiaxing Lanyee Medical Engineering Technology Municipal High-Tech R&D Center, and the Jiaxing Academician and Expert Workstation. It has undertaken major projects such as Shanghai's strategic emerging industry projects.
