DIAN Diagnostics Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "DIAN Diagnostics") was established in 2001, with its headquarters in Hangzhou. On July 19, 2011, it was officially listed on the ChiNext board of the Shenzhen A-share market, becoming the first stock in China's medical diagnostic outsourcing service industry (stock code: 300244).
DIAN Diagnostics is a pioneer and advocate in China's independent medical laboratory industry. It is a national high-tech enterprise and a key enterprise in Zhejiang Province's service industry. It has an expert team composed of many masters, doctors, and top scholars in the field of medical diagnostics at home and abroad, with over 14,000 employees.
DIAN has established 39 chain medical testing laboratories in Shanghai, Beijing, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Chongqing, Jinan, Wenzhou, Shenyang, Harbin, Huai'an, Wuhan, Foshan, Kunming, Hefei, Gansu, Xi'an, etc., providing overall solutions for medical diagnostic services with service outsourcing as the core business for more than 20,000 medical institutions nationwide. DIAN has introduced and adopted advanced testing instruments and technologies from home and abroad, carrying out more than 2,500 medical diagnostic projects, creating a third-party medical diagnostic service model featuring complete diagnostic items, standardized diagnostic procedures, accurate diagnostic results, and professional consulting services. It is among the first batch in China to pass ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 15189 accreditation, and its medical testing reports can be recognized in more than 40 countries worldwide. It is an excellent independent laboratory for Chinese laboratory medicine and a cooperative laboratory for the international project of cervical cancer of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
DIAN R&D Center is the only provincial R&D center for molecular diagnostics in Zhejiang Province, with multiple core technologies, patents, and intellectual property rights. It has established scientific research cooperation bases with many key medical colleges nationwide, and has carried out multi-level scientific research cooperation with many well-known top tertiary hospitals in China.
DIAN Judicial Appraisal Institute is the only judicial appraisal institution in China that is established on an independent laboratory platform and holds formal judicial appraisal qualifications. Its business scale currently ranks among the top in China. In 2011, it cooperated with NMS, the world's largest judicial appraisal center, to establish the "International Center for Judicial Appraisal Science and Technology Research".
