保利尚悦湾（上海）剧院管理有限公司由北京保利剧院管理有限公司和中船置业有限公司合资组建，全面负责1862时尚艺术中心的管理和运营。1862时尚艺术中心坐落于上海浦东陆家嘴金融城中心区域，原址为上海造船厂所在地，由中国船舶工业集团和香港中信泰富集团合资开发。经由日本建筑师隈研吾改造后，现有625个座位，主要经营先锋实验话剧、小型音乐剧、室内乐、奢侈品发布会、时尚秀场、艺术品展览等项目。
