Changsha Global Century · Future City project is invested and developed by Changsha Global Century Development Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chengdu Global Century Convention and Exhibition Tourism Group, which is controlled by Yunnan Metropolitan Construction Investment Group. The project is located at the eastern gateway of Changsha, east of Liuyang River in Changsha County, south of Laodong Road, and north of Zhongzhou Avenue, occupying the core area of the Changsha high-speed rail and exhibition new city with the greatest development potential. It is just across the road from Changsha International Convention and Exhibition Center, adjacent to Guangda Station of Changsha Metro Line 2/4 (under construction), and only a river away from Changsha South Railway Station. It can quickly reach Changsha Huanghua International Airport via the maglev express line/airport expressway, and is located at the '*** comprehensive transportation hub' and 'the place closest to the world in Changsha'.
The Changsha Global Century · Future City project was successfully acquired on September 18, 2018, with a total land area of approximately 943 mu and a total construction area of approximately 2.27 million square meters, with a total investment of over 24.8 billion yuan. The project will create a super-large urban complex with Changsha International Conference Center as the core, a 280-meter super high-rise as the landmark, and integrating a five-star hotel group, large shopping mall, themed commercial street, high-end apartments, ecological high-end residences, key primary schools, and well-known kindergartens. Changsha International Conference Center will be officially put into use in 2020, and the five-star hotel group will be officially put into use in 2021. At that time, it will greatly enhance Changsha's ability to host international conferences, play an irreplaceable role in promoting the development of Changsha's exhibition and conference economy, and become a new city card for Changsha.

Chengdu Global Century Convention and Exhibition Tourism Group was founded in 1987. Through more than 20 years of continuous exploration, innovation, and practice, it has successfully developed and operated multiple large-scale projects such as Chengdu (Shawan) International Convention and Exhibition Center, Jiuzhai Paradise, Century City, and Global Center. It has now developed into a super-large enterprise group integrating conference and exhibition, hotel and tourism, real estate development, commercial operation, culture and art, and other industries. As of December 2015, the group had more than 50,000 employees and had paid a cumulative total of 4 billion yuan in taxes and fees.
In May 2016, Chengdu Century City New International Convention and Exhibition Center Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Century City Company) signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Yunnan Provincial Urban Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Yunnan Metropolitan Construction Investment Group). Yunnan Metropolitan Construction Investment Group injected capital into Century City Company for restructuring. After the restructuring, Yunnan Metropolitan Construction Investment Group held 51% of the shares of the new platform company. The new company was renamed Chengdu Global Century Convention and Exhibition Tourism Group Co., Ltd.
Yunnan Provincial Urban Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as: Yunnan Metropolitan Construction Investment Group) was established in April 2005. It is the investor representative and implementing agency for urban construction investment projects approved and authorized by the People's Government of Yunnan Province. In February 2009, it was placed under the supervision of Yunnan Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission.
