Changsha Chengtou International Convention and Exhibition Center Investment & Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Exhibition Company") was established in February 2013 with a registered capital of 100 million yuan. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Changsha Urban Construction Investment & Development Group Co., Ltd. (Changsha Chengtou Group). Under the authorization of the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government and the overall coordination of the Group Company, it is mainly responsible for land consolidation, municipal infrastructure construction, investment promotion and operation, and management and operation of operational resources within the approximately 30 square kilometers of the high-speed rail convention and exhibition new city exhibition area.\nHunan Changsha Convention and Exhibition Center Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Joint Venture Company") was jointly registered and established by the Exhibition Company, Sanxiang Group, and Lujiazui Group in accordance with municipal government requirements, with a registered capital of 700 million yuan. It is mainly responsible for the primary and secondary development and asset operation of the Changsha International Convention and Exhibition Center and its surrounding 2,000 mu within the area. It operates as "one team, two brands" with the Exhibition Company.\nChangsha International Convention and Exhibition Center Management Co., Ltd. (Exhibition Venue Operation Company) and Changsha Yashang Investment & Development Co., Ltd. (which owns ibis Styles, Novotel, etc.) are wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Joint Venture Company and operate independently.
