Chongqing City Investment Jinka Information Industry (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) was established in 2005. It is a second-tier subsidiary of Chongqing Digital Resources Group Co., Ltd. (a key municipal state-owned enterprise directly supervised by Chongqing SASAC), and is a 'Science and Technology Reform Enterprise' designated by SASAC of the State Council and Chongqing Municipality, as well as a Chongqing 'Specialized, Refined, Differentiated and Innovative' high-tech enterprise (state-controlled). Over the past two decades, the Company has been consistently focused on the research and development, investment, construction and application of the 'Chongqing New Digital Transportation IoT Big Data Service System' (hereinafter referred to as the System) approved by the Chongqing Municipal Government. It has become an important component of the city's new digital infrastructure and perception system, and has successively obtained demonstration engineering projects from the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and the Ministry of Finance, the pilot city project for electronic identification of motor vehicles supported by the Ministry of Public Security, and key support projects for Chongqing's big data intelligent innovation and development.
